Cancellation & Refund Policy
- * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- * Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- 30 days or more before departure: (25% of the total tour cost will be charged.)
- 15–29 days before departure: (50% of the total tour cost will be charged.)
- 07–14 days before departure: (75% of the total tour cost will be charged.)
- Less than 07 days before departure or No Show: (100% of the total tour cost will be charged.)
- Flight tickets, visa fees, and insurance charges are non-refundable once issued.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.
- If the tour is cancelled due to government restrictions, airline changes, or natural circumstances, refund policies of hotels/airlines will apply.
- Date changes or amendments will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking fee may apply.
