By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below. 

1. Scope of Services

Wanderlux Holidays provides the following services:

  • Air Ticket Bookings
  • Visa Assistance
  • Group Tours
  • Travel Insurance Assistance
  • Transportation & Transfers
  • Customized/Honeymoon Packages
  • Adventure & Activity Arrangements

All services are provided as per the details mentioned in the itinerary or service confirmation.

2. Service Delivery

2.1 Confirmation of Services

  • Services are confirmed only after receiving the required booking amount.
  • Final confirmations (tickets, vouchers, itineraries) are shared after full payment.
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2.2 Mode of Delivery

E-tickets, hotel vouchers, invoices, itineraries, and confirmations are delivered via:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Company Portal (where applicable)

2.3 Timelines

  • Standard service timelines vary by destination, hotel, airline, and visa center.
  • Wanderlux Holidays cannot guarantee specific processing times due to third-party involvement.

3. Responsibilities of Wanderlux Holidays

We ensure:

  • Accurate and timely booking of services
  • Clear communication regarding itinerary, pricing, and inclusions
  • Support for modifications/changes (as per availability)
  • Assistance for visa applications (international travel)
  • Support during emergencies, delays, or unexpected travel changes
  • Transparent pricing with no hidden charges

However, Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for third-party decisions such as airline changes, visa rejections, weather disruptions, or hotel policies.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Share correct and complete personal details
  • Submit required documents on time
  • Make payments within deadlines
  • Follow instructions from tour guides, drivers, and company representatives
  • Maintain proper conduct during travel
  • Verify all travel documents (passports, visas, insurance, tickets) before departure

Wanderlux Holidays will not be responsible for any loss due to incomplete or incorrect information shared by the customer.

5. Modifications & Changes

5.1 Changes Requested by Customer

Any change in travel date, hotel, flight, or itinerary is subject to:

  • Availability
  • Airline/hotel policies
  • Additional charges

5.2 Changes by Wanderlux Holidays

Services may be modified due to:

  • Unexpected operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Supplier cancellations
  • Political unrest
  • Natural calamities
  • Safety reasons

Equivalent or similar alternatives will be provided whenever possible.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Many components of your travel (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) are handled by third-party suppliers.

Wanderlux Holidays is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by airlines
  • Hotel service issues
  • Visa center delays or decisions
  • Activity operator restrictions
  • Changes in operational hours or availability

We act as a facilitator and coordinate services on your behalf.

7. Complaints & Feedback

If you face any issue during the trip:

  • Inform the tour manager or Wanderlux Holidays immediately
  • Provide photos, videos, or documentation (if possible)
  • Issues reported after the tour might not be fully addressed due to lack of real-time verification

We aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.

8. Service Limitations

The following are beyond our control:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Technical issues with flights or hotels
  • Government regulations or closures
  • Visa processing delays
  • Force majeure events

Wanderlux Holidays will assist but cannot be held responsible.

9. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are processed as per our Cancellation Policy only.

No refund for:

  • Partially availed services
  • No-show situations
  • Unused inclusions
  • Delays caused by external authorities

Refunds usually take 10–15 working days after approval.

10. Service Completion

A service is considered fully delivered when:

  • All vouchers, tickets, and itineraries are provided
  • All included travel services have been availed
  • Support and assistance has been provided during the trip
