Refund policy
At Wanderlux Holiday, we strive to deliver seamless and enjoyable travel experiences. We understand that unexpected situations may require you to cancel or modify your travel plans. This policy explains the terms, conditions, timelines, and charges related to cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before making any booking.
1. General Terms
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp from the registered contact details used at the time of booking.
- The cancellation date is considered the date on which we receive the written request.
- Refunds are processed strictly as per the terms mentioned below and may vary based on airline, hotel, and tour operator policies.
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Flight tickets
- Visa fees
- Promotional or discounted packages
- Peak-season bookings
- If applicable, refunds are processed within 7–21 working days after confirmation from all suppliers.
2. Cancellation Charges for Holiday Packages
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total package cost:

→ 10% of total package cost or booking deposit (whichever is higher) -
21–30 days before departure
→ 25% of total package cost -
15–20 days before departure
→ 50% of total package cost -
07–14 days before departure
→ 75% of total package cost -
Less than 7 days before departure / No Show
→ 100% of total package cost (No refund)
Important Note:
Peak season, festival dates, long weekends, flight-inclusive packages, and limited-availability hotels may attract 100% cancellation charges, regardless of the cancellation date.
3. Flight Ticket Cancellation
- Flight cancellations are subject to airline-specific rules, which vary by fare type.
- Airline convenience fees, service charges, and fare differences are non-refundable.
- In case of rescheduling, fare differences and airline penalties must be paid by the traveler.
- No refund is provided for:
- No-show passengers
- Missed flights
- Incorrect passenger details provided at the time of booking
4. Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation charges depend on the hotel category, season, and supplier terms:
- Low season: Usually 1–2 nights’ charge
- High season / Peak season / Holidays: 100% non-refundable
- No-show or early checkout: No refund
Any refundable amount is subject to the hotel’s final decision.
5. Visa Fees & Documentation
- Visa fees, insurance charges, and documentation fees are strictly non-refundable, even if:
- The visa is rejected
- Visa processing is delayed
- The traveler cancels the trip
- Wanderlux Holiday is not responsible for visa approval or rejection, as decisions are made solely by the respective Embassy or Consulate.
6. Tours, Activities & Sightseeing
- Tours, activities, adventure rides, park tickets, and transfers are often booked in advance.
- These services may be non-refundable, depending on the local operator’s policy.
- In cases of bad weather or operational issues, suppliers may reschedule or offer an alternative. Refunds depend entirely on supplier approval.
7. Force Majeure Conditions
Wanderlux Holiday is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, cyclones)
- Political unrest, strikes, or civil disturbances
- Epidemics, pandemics, or travel bans
- Government restrictions or visa delays
- Airline or hotel operational issues
Refunds or date changes in such cases are processed strictly as per supplier policies, which may result in partial or zero refunds.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds from airlines, hotels, or operators may take 7–21 working days.
- Refunds to customers are processed only after the refund is received from the supplier.
- Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
9. Amendment / Trip Modification Policy
- Any change in travel date, hotel, itinerary, or passenger details is considered an amendment request.
- Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
- Amendment charges plus any fare difference must be paid by the traveler.
- Last-minute modifications may not be possible.
10. No Show Policy
A No Show occurs when:
- The guest fails to appear for travel
- Fails to board the flight
- Fails to check-in at the hotel
- Arrives late for tours or transfers
No Show = 100% cancellation charges (No refund)
11. Responsibility & Liability
- Wanderlux Holiday acts as a travel facilitator between the traveler and service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise companies, transport providers, and activity operators.
- The company is not responsible for:
- Delays or service issues by third-party suppliers
- Missed connections due to passenger delays
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Errors in names or passport details provided by the traveler
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [City / State].

By booking any service with Wanderlux Holiday, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
