Payment Policy

At Wanderlux Holidays, we aim to make your booking and payment process smooth, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for all travel services booked with us, including holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and activities.

By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment Policy.

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the initial advance payment specified at the time of quotation.
  • Standard advance payment:
    • Minimum 25%–40% of the total package cost at the time of booking.
    • Higher advance payment may be required during peak season, long weekends, or non-refundable bookings.
  • Without advance payment, Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for holding hotel rooms, flight seats, or services.

2. Payment Schedule

To ensure smooth processing, travellers must follow the payment timeline below:

At the time of booking:

  • 25%–40% of the total package amount

After hotel & service confirmation:

  • Additional 40%–50% payment (as per supplier requirement)

Balance payment:

  • 100% payment must be completed 7–14 days before departure
    (Varies based on destination and season)

Important:
If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Wanderlux Holidays reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the advance amount will be forfeited as per the Cancellation Policy.

3. Payment Modes Accepted

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
  • UPI Payments
  • Credit / Debit Cards (gateway charges may apply)
  • Online Payment Links
  • Cash Payments (as per government rules & limits)

Note: Payment gateway fees or bank charges are non-refundable.

4. Payment Security

  • All digital transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.
  • Wanderlux Holidays does not store your banking or card details.
  • Customers are advised not to share OTPs or sensitive banking information with anyone, including staff.

5. Late or Partial Payments

Delayed or partial payments may result in:

  • Cancellation of bookings
  • Price increase due to airfare or hotel rate changes
  • Loss of promotional benefits
  • Additional charges as per supplier policies

Wanderlux Holidays will not be responsible for loss of services due to delayed payments.


6. Non-Refundable Payments

Some services require 100% advance payment, including:

  • Flight tickets
  • Visa fees & insurance
  • Peak-season or last-minute hotel bookings
  • Non-refundable promotional offers
  • Activities or tickets with strict supplier policies

These payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.


7. Currency & Exchange Rate Policy

For international packages:

  • Rates are calculated based on the current forex rate at the time of booking.
  • Any increase in exchange rates must be paid by the traveller.
  • Payments made in INR may be reconverted at the updated rate if required by suppliers.

8. Invoice & Payment Acknowledgement

  • Booking confirmation and payment receipt are shared after every successful payment.
  • Final invoice is issued only after full payment is received.


9. Cheque Payments (If Applicable)

  • Cheque payments are accepted only for early bookings.
  • Booking is processed after cheque clearance.
  • Dishonoured cheques may lead to cancellation and penalty.


10. No Credit Policy

Wanderlux Holidays follows a strict no-credit policy.

All payments must be cleared before issuing tickets, hotel vouchers, or travel documents.


11. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • In case of any dispute, clients must contact Wanderlux Holidays directly.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.


12. Agreement

By making any payment to Wanderlux Holidays, you agree to the terms stated in this Payment Policy along with our Terms of Use, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
