Air Ticket Policy

This Air Ticket Policy outlines the rules, conditions, and responsibilities associated with booking, modifying, or cancelling flight tickets through Wanderlux Holidays. By purchasing any flight ticket from us, you agree to the terms mentioned below as well as airline regulations.

1. General Terms

  • Wanderlux Holidays acts as a facilitator between the traveller and the airline.
  • All flight bookings are subject to airline availability, rules, and fare conditions.
  • Airline fares are dynamic and can change anytime before ticket issuance.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after:
    - Payment is received
    - Ticket is issued
    - E-ticket is shared with the traveller

Until then, Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for fare hikes or seat unavailability.

2. Passenger Information

  • Travellers must provide accurate full names, DOB, passport details, and contact details as per passport or government ID.
  • Airlines do not allow name corrections after ticket issuance.
  • Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for:
    - Wrong spellings
    - Incorrect passport numbers
    - Name mismatch
    - Missing middle names

Any error resulting in denied boarding or extra charges is the passenger’s responsibility.

3. Payment Terms for Air Tickets

  • Air tickets often require 100% advance payment before issuance.
  • Fares may increase if payment is delayed; the traveller must pay the revised fare.
  • Booking will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • All flight cancellations are governed strictly by airline rules.
  • Airline cancellation charges vary based on:
    - Fare type
    - Travel date
    - Destination
    - Class of travel
    - Time of cancellation

Typical rules include:

  • Cancellation more than 72 hours before departure:
    Airline penalty + Wanderlux service fee
  • Cancellation within 72 hours:
    Higher airline penalty + service fee
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show:
    100% ticket amount may be non-refundable

Note: Budget airlines, promo fares, and low-cost carriers often offer ZERO refund on cancellations.

5. Rescheduling / Date Change Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed only as per the airline’s fare rules.
  • Passenger must pay:
    - Airline date-change fee
    - Fare difference (if any)
    - Wanderlux service charge

If the new fare is lower, no refund of fare difference is provided.

6. No-Show Policy

You will be considered a No-Show if you:

  • Fail to board the flight
  • Arrive late at the airport
  • Miss the check-in deadline
  • Do not carry correct travel documents
  • Are denied boarding due to incorrect name/visa issues

No-Show tickets are non-refundable as per airline rules.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are subject to airline approval.
  • Refunds may take 7–30 working days depending on airline processing.
  • Gateway fees, service charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Wanderlux Holidays will process the refund to the original payment mode only after receiving it from the airline.

8. Baggage Allowance

  • Baggage allowance is determined by the airline and varies by route, fare type, and class.
  • Low-cost carriers (LCCs) often include:
    - No free check-in baggage
    - Only cabin baggage allowance

Extra baggage must be purchased by the traveller at additional cost.

Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for airline baggage rules or penalties.

9. Check-in & Boarding Rules

Travellers must:

  • Report to the airport at least:
    - 3 hours before international flights
    - 2 hours before domestic flights
  • Carry valid photo ID or passport
  • Check-in online when mndatory (some airlines require it)

Failure to follow airline check-in rules may result in denied boarding.

10. Visa, Passport & Documentation

Travellers are solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Correct visas
  • Entry/exit requirements
  • Transit visas (if applicable)

Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.

11. Schedule Changes & Delays

Airlines may reschedule, delay, or cancel flights due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Technical issues
  • Air-traffic restrictions
  • Operational reasons

In such cases:

  • Airlines decide compensation or rebooking
  • Wanderlux Holidays has no control over airline decisions
  • Refund/reschedule will follow airline policy only

12. Special Requests

Meal preference, wheelchair requests, seat selection, etc., are subject to airline approval and availability.

Additional charges may apply.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Wanderlux Holidays is not liable for:

  • Airline cancellations or delays
  • Service quality issues
  • Baggage loss or damage
  • Passenger misconduct
  • Immigration issues
  • Any direct or indirect loss due to airline operations

Our responsibility ends once the ticket is issued.

14. Agreement

By booking an air ticket with Wanderlux Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Air Ticket Policy.
