Visa Policy
At Wanderlux Holidays, we strive to assist our travellers with smooth and hassle-free visa processing for both international and domestic travel requirements. This Visa Policy outlines our responsibilities, customer obligations, processing rules, and terms associated with visa applications handled through Wanderlux Holidays.
1. Role of Wanderlux Holidays
- Wanderlux Holidays acts solely as a facilitator for visa application processing.
- We submit documents to the respective consulates/embassies/VFS centers on behalf of the traveller (where allowed).
- The final decision to grant, delay, or reject a visa rests entirely with the embassy or consulate.
- Wanderlux Holidays has no authority or influence over visa approval.
2. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers must ensure the following:
2.1 Accuracy of Documents
- Provide complete, original, and accurate documents as per the embassy checklist.
- Ensure the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
2.2 Personal Information
- All personal information submitted must be true and correctly filled.
- Any false information may lead to visa rejection, for which Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible.
2.3 Timely Submission
- Submit all required documents within the given timeframe to avoid delays.
- Late document submission may result in delayed or denied visa appointments.
3. Visa Fees & Service Charges
3.1 Visa Fees
- Visa fees vary by country and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Fees may change anytime as per embassy rules, and updated charges will be applied.
3.2 Service Charges
- Wanderlux Holidays charges a processing/service fee for handling visa formalities.
- Service fees are also non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected.
4. Visa Processing Time
- Visa processing timelines are determined by the embassy/consulate, not by Wanderlux Holidays.
- Processing times may vary due to:
- Seasonal rush
- Embassy workload
- Public holidays
- Security clearances
- Incomplete documentation
Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by external authorities.
5. Appointment Scheduling
- All visa appointments (biometrics/interviews) are subject to embassy availability.
- Wanderlux Holidays will assist in scheduling appointments but cannot guarantee preferred dates.
- Rescheduling or missed appointments may incur additional costs.
6. Visa Approval, Rejection & Conditions
6.1 Approval

- Wanderlux Holidays does not guarantee approval under any circumstances.
6.2 Rejection
If a visa is rejected:
- No refund of visa fees or service charges.
- Consulting charges or assistance fees are also non-refundable.
- The traveller must bear costs for reapplication.
6.3 Additional Documents
- Embassies may request additional documents at any stage.
- Travellers must provide the required documents promptly for further processing.
7. Travel Booking Before Visa Approval
- Wanderlux Holidays advises travellers not to book flights or hotels unless:
The visa is approved, or It is specifically required for visa filing (dummy booking).
If the booking is made before visa approval, Wanderlux Holidays is not liable for any losses due to:
- Visa rejection
- Visa delay
- Change in travel dates
8. Passport Collection
- Passport collection after visa stamping is the traveller’s responsibility (unless courier option is selected).
- Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for passports delayed, misplaced, or lost by courier services or consulates.
9. Special Cases
9.1 Minors
- Additional documents like NOC from parents, birth certificate, etc., may be required.
9.2 Senior Citizens
- Travel insurance and financial proofs may be mandatory.
9.3 Business Visa
- Invitation letters, company profiles, and financial documents are required.
9.4 Student Visa
- Tuition fee receipts, admission confirmation, financial guarantee documents, etc., must be provided.
10. Liability
Wanderlux Holidays will not be held liable for:
- Visa rejection or delays
- Loss of documents by embassy/VFS
- Travel/rescheduling costs arising due to visa issues
- Any financial or personal loss related to visa outcomes
Our responsibility is limited to document collection, form filling, appointment scheduling, and submission assistance.
11. Acceptance of Policy
By submitting documents to Wanderlux Holidays for visa processing, the traveller acknowledges and accepts the Visa Policy in full.
