Group Tour Policy

At Wanderlux Holidays, we organize comfortable and well-planned group tours. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all travellers are requested to read and follow the Group Tour Policy mentioned below.

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Group tour booking is confirmed only after receiving the initial booking amount.
  • Full payment must be completed before tour departure.
  • Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Group tour prices are based on a minimum group size. If the group size is not met, Wanderlux Holidays may revise the price or cancel the tour with a refund.

 

2. Group Size & Seating

  • Group size may vary depending on destination and tour type.
  • Wanderlux Holidays reserves the right to increase or decrease the group size if required.
  • Seating in vehicles is usually rotation-based. Seat selection is not allowed.

3. Payments

  • Payment deadlines must be strictly followed.
  • Delay or non-payment may result in cancellation without refund.
  • All payments must be made in INR, unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions

  • Hotel, meals, sightseeing, transfers, and tickets as mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Group tours follow a fixed itinerary.
  • Exclusions
    • Personal expenses (laundry, room service, optional activities).

    • Early check-in / late check-out.

    • Anything not mentioned in the inclusions list.

5. Accommodation Rules

  • Rooms are provided on twin or triple sharing, unless specified.
  • Single room requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Final room allocation depends on hotel policy.

6. Meals

  • Meals are provided as per the group menu (buffet or fixed).

  • Special dietary requests (Jain/veg/halal) should be informed in advance but cannot be guaranteed.

7. Itinerary Changes

  • Wanderlux Holidays may modify the itinerary due to weather, government rules, flight delays, or operational reasons.

  • Alternate arrangements will be provided wherever possible.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Guests must maintain discipline, respect, and punctuality.

  • Misconduct or disturbing behaviour may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

  • Instructions given by the tour manager or guide must be followed.

9. Health & Safety

  • Travellers must be physically fit for group travel.
  • Any medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for medical issues during the tour.

10. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation charges apply as per Wanderlux Holidays’ Cancellation Policy.
  • No refund for no-show, early departure, or unused services.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.

11. Responsibility & Liability

  • Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for loss of luggage, personal belongings, accidents, or natural calamities.
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the tour amount paid.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a group tour with Wanderlux Holidays, travellers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Group Tour Policy.
