Domestic & International Tour Terms & Conditions

These Tour Terms & Conditions apply to all Domestic (India) and International tours booked with Wanderlux Holidays. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A tour booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed before departure as per the shared timeline.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Documents Required

  • Domestic Tours: Valid government ID is mandatory.
  • International Tours: Passport, visa, and travel insurance are mandatory.
  • Travellers are responsible for carrying correct and valid documents.

3. Prices & Changes

  • Tour prices may change due to airfare, hotel rates, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
  • Any additional cost due to such changes must be paid by the traveller.

4. Flights, Hotels & Transport

  • Flight schedules, baggage rules, and hotel policies are as per the respective service providers.
  • Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or baggage loss.
  • Hotel check-in/check-out timings depend on hotel policy.

5. Sightseeing & Itinerary

  • Group tour itineraries are fixed and cannot be changed.
  • Sightseeing may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or safety reasons.
  • No refund for sightseeing missed due to personal reasons or late arrival.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is recommended for domestic tours.
  • Travel insurance is mandatory for international tours.
  • Insurance claims must be handled directly with the insurance company.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations follow Wanderlux Holidays’ Cancellation Policy.
  • No refund for no-shows, unused services, or partially used services.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.

8. Responsibility & Safety

  • Travellers must follow tour instructions and behave responsibly.
  • Wanderlux Holidays is not responsible for personal loss, illness, accidents, or medical expenses during the tour.

By booking a tour with Wanderlux Holidays, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Tour Terms & Conditions.
